In July 2017, Keming received a request from a client to customize a production system for foldable jam boxes. Following R&D, design, manufacturing, and assembly and debugging by our professional team, the client visited the Keming factory in November of the same year to inspect the system, and AcmePlas successfully delivered this intelligent production system.

Two years on, the system has been operating stably at the factory in Indonesia, and we have received consistent affirmation and praise from the client during every regular follow-up visit.

This system enables fully automated production from feeding to packaging with no manual handling. When it was delivered two years ago, the production cycle was 9.6 seconds; now it can be completed in under 8 seconds.
