SHD-E Hopper Dryer
The SHD-E Hopper Dryer is suitable for drying most plastic raw materials that do not readily absorb moisture, such as PS, PP, and ABS, with a maximum drying temperature of 160°C. A variety of optional accessories are available to enable functions such as hot air recovery and the removal of iron filings and other impurities from the raw material. It can also be equipped with a stand for floor-mounted installation.

Primarily used with injection molding machines, extruders, or other feeding equipment. This model can be mounted directly on the molding machine or installed on the molding machine in conjunction with SICH and SCH hoppers, requiring minimal adjustment after installation. Since the mounting position may be elevated, a remote switch is available as an option for clearing alarms.

Bajie Series Mold Temperature Controller STM-EB
Designed for heating and temperature control in molds. It is also suitable for other applications with similar requirements. This series of mold temperature controllers cools the working fluid (water or oil) using different cooling methods (indirect cooling for oil-based models and direct cooling for water-based models). The fluid is then pressurized by a pump, heated by electric heating elements, and delivered to the mold, thereby meeting the requirements for heating and temperature control.
