First Aid Training-
To further promote basic first aid knowledge and enhance employees’ first aid skills, our company invited Mr. Zhong Jiehua and Ms. Xu Yingqian, first aid instructors from the Shanghai Jinshan District Red Cross Society, to conduct emergency first aid training for employee representatives on July 9 and 10.

-Training Session-
At the training session, two instructors first explained relevant first aid knowledge to the participants, such as emergency procedures for airway obstruction, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and the steps for operating an automated external defibrillator (AED). The instructors provided ample time for practice and offered careful guidance. Next, the instructors explained methods for stopping bleeding and applying bandages to different body parts, as well as fracture immobilization and patient transport. They also guided the participants through hands-on practice to reinforce their understanding. Throughout the training, the participants engaged actively, and their enthusiasm and eagerness to learn inspired the instructors, creating a highly engaging learning atmosphere. Finally, all participants successfully passed both the practical and theoretical exams, further solidifying the knowledge and skills they had acquired.

-Training Outcomes-
Through the two-day first aid training, all participants acquired various on-site first aid knowledge and skills and successfully obtained their Red Cross First Aid Certificate. This not only enhanced their emergency awareness and ability to perform self-rescue and mutual aid in the face of emergencies and accidental injuries, but also deepened their respect for life and strengthened their sense of social responsibility to actively offer assistance. They are now able to respond promptly and effectively to various emergencies, providing effective safety assurance for their future work and daily lives.
