Beijing University of Technology + acme group = A New Chapter in University-Industry Collaboration
-University-Industry Exchange-
To strengthen university-industry collaboration, broaden students’ horizons, and promote employment opportunities, on the morning of July 8, the School of Engineering at Shanghai Second Polytechnic organized a group of faculty and student representatives to visit acmeplas System Technology Co., Ltd. for an exchange visit.

-Site Visit-
Led by Li Qingmei, Deputy General Manager of the Group, the delegation toured the automated assembly workshop, the mold machining workshop, the cleanroom production facility, and the product showroom.




As soon as they entered the workshop, the young men from the Engineering Department took a keen interest in the automated robotic arms, injection molds, and the in-mold labeling production process, frequently stopping to observe and engage in conversation with the on-site operators.
-On-Site Interaction-
With an explanation from Sales Manager Zhu Yabin, everyone gained a deeper understanding of acme Group’s development history, corporate culture, core products, and its capabilities in R&D and manufacturing.








During the Q&A session, the students participated enthusiastically, raising a variety of questions. Manager Zhu Yabin addressed each one in turn, providing explanations on topics such as the plastic restriction order, the market applications of PLA, and product quality traceability systems. Meanwhile, Deputy General Manager Li Qingmei discussed university-industry collaboration on new projects and employment opportunities for college students. Finally, Professor Fu from the School of Engineering at Shanghai Second Polytechnic University expressed the hope that this event would strengthen university-industry exchanges, allowing students to experience firsthand the close relationship between industrial development and their own research and studies. He emphasized the importance of gaining a thorough understanding of current corporate talent needs, preparing thoroughly, enhancing employability, and adapting more quickly and effectively to the demands of economic and social development.
